HOPE's Nueva Luz Day Program offers enrolled Members, 18 and older, the opportunity to develop and maintain independent living skills in a supervised environment. The program has an open format that allows individuals to join and participate at any time.
Upon admission, Members are paired with a Recovery Navigator and Peer Support Specialist (Recovery Support Team) who work with the Member to identify goals and create a recovery plan. Members are encouraged to participate in structured groups throughout the day.
Structured Groups include:
- Skills Training - Living, Interpersonal, Communication
- Stress, Anxiety and Depression Management
- Health and Wellness
- Creative Exploration
- Crisis Planning
The Supervised Day Program is located at the HOPE Nueva Luz site and, in addition to the above services, offers breakfast, lunch, laundry services and transportation to enrolled Members.
