Programs and Services
HOPE Southeastern Arizona outpatient centers in Douglas, Nogales, and Sierra Vista provide peer-driven Outpatient and Community-Based programming. Aligned with HOPE's service philosophy, peer support staff have lived experience dealing with substance use and mental health disorders, and/or have been involved in the criminal justice system. Community Outreach & Re-Entry Support
HOPE's community outreach programs provide assistance to support individuals with immediate needs, such as resources for:
- Housing/Shelter
- Food
- Clothing
- Employment
- Health Care Coverage
- Treatment
HOPE's dedicated team of Forensic Peer Specialists assist adults who are returning to the community from incarceration with support for overcoming barriers to successful reentry. The team is comprised of certified Peer Specialists who have lived experience with the criminal justice system and with successful reentry.

Employment Services
Employment Services are offered by a dedicated team of Employment Specialists, including those who are certified as Offender Employment Specialists (OES). This team works hand in hand with complementary departments at HOPE Wellness Connections to meet the needs of each individual. In 2016 & 2017, Wellness Connections was honored with an Operational Excellence Award from Arizona Complete Health, in recognition of the work conducted by the Employment Services Program staff.
